What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time:

Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 PM (in accordance with regulations set by the Valencian Community). If you arrive before this time, you can check in at Reception and store your luggage. If your room is available before 4:00 PM, you can also collect your keys and check in.

Reception is open until midnight in the summer and until 10:00 PM in the low season. If you will arrive after these times, please contact us in advance to arrange check-in.

Check-out Time:

On your departure day, you can use your room until 12:00 PM (noon).

We are traveling with a baby; can we have a crib in the room?

Yes, a crib can be requested at no extra charge. Please check if your reserved room accommodates a crib (Double, Deluxe, or Deluxe with Sea View). If you haven't booked one of these rooms, you can contact us by phone to modify your reservation (subject to availability).

Do you offer breakfast?

We currently do not have a restaurant, so we only offer accommodation. As we are located in the center of Peñíscola, there are several recommended places for breakfast nearby.

Are pets allowed?

Our hotel does not allow pets.

Is there parking?

We do not have parking. There is a private underground parking garage, Voramar, across the street (you can check their rates on their website). There is also a green zone in front of the hotel with a maximum stay of 2 hours, which is not recommended if you plan to leave your car during your stay. There is also a blue zone with rates indicated on each ticket machine. From November 1st to February 28th, parking in the green and blue zones is free.

How can I choose a room with a bathtub?

The room with a bathtub is the "Double Deluxe." You can see specific photos of each room, as well as its features, in the room descriptions.

Does the Deluxe room have a sea view?

The room name indicates whether it has a sea view. If the room is called "Double Deluxe Room," it does not have a sea view; the "Double Deluxe Room with Sea View" does.

Does the Deluxe Room with Sea View have a balcony?

The room name indicates whether it has a balcony. If the room is called "Double Deluxe Room with Sea View," it does not have a balcony; the "Double Room with Balcony and Sea View" does.

Does the room have a refrigerator?

All rooms have a minibar, which is designed to keep items cool, not to chill hot items. If you need to chill or freeze anything, please ask at Reception.

Is half-board or breakfast available?

We currently do not have a restaurant, so we only offer accommodation. There are cafes and restaurants near our hotel where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Is there an elevator for elderly guests?

Access to the reception area is via stairs (7 steps with handrails). An elevator provides access to the upper floors where the rooms are located.

We are traveling with bicycles. Is there a place where we can leave them?

You can leave your bicycle in your room during your stay or request that we store it securely in a room with limited staff access.

Do the rooms have a shower or a bathtub?

All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Deluxe Double room also has a bathtub.
